Wow! The two day 'fast' and workouts really had an impact! Down to 254.1 after a new low of 256.8 this morning! Did 3 kilometers at 4mph on an elliptical bike. Really happy with the results.
254.1 lb Lost so far: 70.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
