Yikes! To many carbs, not enough protein..and way to many sweets!
141.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's not bad for "way too many sweets"! When I'm up, it's always at least 3 pounds.

It's out of my comfort zone though..working out today, and planned healthy meals so I'll be back on track.💜💜
