It's been a tad over seven months since my last visit to FS or even a weigh in for that matter. I had a large building project and had to drop my exercise all together. Needless to say, the daylight savings time has put the brakes on any real calorie burning activity. The result? Although I've only gained about 6 lbs I've exchanged a lot of muscle for fat. My BF has gone from 10%-13% to approx. 16%-19%. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. I plan to upload some current pics, so I can do some before/after pics latter. I'm currently going through a 30 day sugar and simple carb free month to kick things off. I just started yesterday and have already dropped about 2 lbs of water weight.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
