ate a pound of molasses (licorice) and pound of pudding and it sure shows on the scales
209.2 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

JC, those don't seem to work on me anymore if you know what I mean. Maybe half a gallon of sugar free ice cream? 🙄🤷🏼‍♂️😔

😂 I had to add some protein to my licorice diet so I made 6 servings of instant pudding with 36g of protein isolate on top of the milk protein already in the recipe. That pudding gave me about 64.5g of protein last night and only cost me 600 calories. And it's almost noon and I still feel stuffed 🤷🏼‍♂️

I seem to do all my food in pounds. Although from that one lbs bag, I did leave one 11g licorice wheel uneaten... So only 0.95lbs?
