Right out of bed weight, up slightly. Did not walk or swim yesterday, but did simply fit and treadmill. About to jump in the pool this morning before we have more thunderstorms. It's been almost a week out of the pool. I'll feel better in a few minutes. Made pasta with pesto last night, should have included a better protein. Wasted my calories on that poppyseed dressing which really did nothing for me. Will probably toss the rest of the packets into the trash.

More quiche for breakfast this morning. Loving the switch away from pan fried eggs. It's just a nice holiday treat. Guess I could make my own, but who are we kidding? I make coffee and eggs in the morning. Quiche/frittata is a lot more work. I really need to get around to hiring a maid, a cook and a hairdresser one of these days.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
