Things are looking up! Feeling better and seeing some progress. Nice to see.

Off work today so hit the gym this morning. Working on clearing out some old clothes if I can get off the computer! Got some 80's movies in the background (Hiding Out, then Spaceballs). My biggest challenge is staying on track when Im home with no routine and lots of opportunities to shove crap in my mouth. Just taking it one meal at a time and trying to stay mindful.
243.5 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
