Yesterday was a lift day. I ate at 105% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.2% and is barely in range for the third time in the last seven days...
154.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
