I know I’ve been higher since my last weigh in but this was nice to see tonight after the national feast holiday! jJust a couple of days back on the LC plan and a small calorie deficit and the weight begins to drop..
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
