We had a power outage for about five hours last night. All is well, back to work. Shoveling three seniors out today...fun,fun,fun. Obviously no gym today😱 Have a Healthy Day 🙋‍♀️
200.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
