Determined to win Thanksgiving this year, without a gain.

Met calorie goal.
Stretching 25 minutes.
Bike 25 minutes.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go not wasting food friend 🙌 I made my ground turkey pitas 🥙 today and used 🍒 tomato that was slightly wilted, not fresh but not bad.

Eating lots of veggies limits room for all those higher kcal foods for sure.

Sounds good jcmama! Thanks friends. My roommate came home with tons of milk chocolate. I almost ate some. I even tabulated in FS how many calories it would be. Didn't do it! If it had been dark chocolate I probably would have had some. Thank goodness. :)
