Kinda stalled out on weight loss but I haven't been eating as many salads. Makes a difference.

Worked hard Saturday. Had zumba class. H called while I was in class and I had to tell her I'd call back later. She could hear the music in the background and giggled at me, saying that was the cutest thing she'd ever heard. She knows how much I love trying to dance and how horrible I am at it. So I'm sure she could picture me and the other Q-tips valiantly shuffling and flailing about. Then went to mom's and watched the game. After that was over, I scrubbed mom's kitchen floor tile and grout by hand. That was brutal since she keeps the heat at 76. Did a lot of sweating Saturday. Then Sunday we went over and helped her rake leaves. That didn't take too long.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
