Trending on down, continuing the woe that I have been successful in the past following: breakfast is milk and coffee, water water water, lunch is fresh fruit X5, dinner is veggies X 5 & protein X 3. Calories under 1800 for the week avg.

Cool! If you cut milk in the morning you may benefit from IF. But you seem to be on the right path anyway!
