Dropped a few more ounces. Trying to get low and level off before Thanksgiving!
227.4 lb Lost so far: 97.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s what I’m debating. Try to drop kcal and lose fat around the holidays or go with it and drop in January.

I think whatever we lose before Thanksgiving is great, and we should enjoy the holidays with our friends and family. But not from Thanksgiving Day till New Years😂 We got this friends🙌🙌💜💚❤️

True JC! Too many people make it one long holiday. I have at least 3 meals for each holiday and do a special snack food meal for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Those 8-9 meals are plenty for me.
