Slept funny during nap yesterday and woke up with pain level of 4 this morning. Luckily I had PT at 9:15 this morning and we really concentrated on stretching the problem area. My body did NOT want to put weight on that leg/hip. We worked on that!

Overall:
Met calorie goal.
Morning: PT 45 minutes/bike 19 minutes
Evening: stretch 20 minutes/bike 10 minutes

May do some laying stretches again before bed if I feel like it. Don't want to overdo, but at the same time I want to stretch out those problem areas.

Shout out to Shirfleur 1...when I fed Binky-puppy her supper I wet the dry food a little. She ate it all. Wonder if it was just the novelty of a new way of eating it or if it made it tastier. Just glad my little bundle of joy is eating!

So glad your pup is eating her dry food! Sorry about hurting yourself while you slept - I have had that happen as well and it is no fun - hope it heals up soon!
