Think this (114.2) is a low record for me so I will record it. The average calories this week was 2000 and average weight 115.6. Same average weight as last week but I ate less last week averaged around 1800 calories. Had my morning walk to McD to buy coffee... only one dollar promotion. Good stuff!!!
114.2 lb Lost so far: 71.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How great to have a loss like that! I'm so glad to see someone successfully dealing with maintaining. That's when I usually fall apart.

Liv, when you’re averaging 1800 - 2000 calories, are you eating carbs other than veggies? Processed carbs? Just curious. When I eat that number of calories, it usually involves processed carbs and I will gain. Even though it’s probably water weight, it’s still a gain and it can be very significant.

@Fritzy 22 Thanks. The falling apart is always a possibility. We all know that maintaining is hard and most people fail. I am working on premaintenance so that I can find my life style. I am going to take my time here.

@Mrsroboto I eat fairly low carb and not much for processed. Carbs comes from dairy, nuts and veggies for the most part. The running is probably why I have so much appetite. But the amount of food does not seem to lead to any net gain. I am planning on playing around with carbs more but I was first increasing food amounts a bit to see if I could figure that part out.
