Hi friends! I was just wanting more before it goes up again. I don't get consecutive losses very often these days. But at least its going down this month. October was blah.

I gotcha. Even though I see the inches melting on myself, I always want the scale to reflect it. I know not to put much stock in numbers BUT it’s cool to see the blue arrow. Mine is steadily going down but I also only weigh once a week so mine would probably look like yours if I did it everyday. Plus, I guarantee I don’t lift nearly as much as you so I’m not building muscle like you are. I know you didn’t need that “pep talk” but it’s honest. I do feel you are a great example of lifting and reality for women. You’re always striving for a better version of yourself. That, in itself, is commendable. 💪😊

Thanks, friends! I know, Moopie- body is changing. I catch my reflection sometimes and I'm shocked how thin I look. I'm super impressed with myself. LMAO!!!!! And I'm very excited to see where I'll be next year at this time.

Yes fritzy. I just don't have consistent losses so probably up tomorrow. anyhow...no big deal. Everything from here on is a new fs low. Everything lower than 183 will be my lowest since who knows when? 7th grade? I honestly have no idea. I wish I had a record.
