Chestnut63's Journal, 15 November 2019

Whoopi a small weight loss slowly, slowly, catchy, monkey. Looks like my x wifes might have to put of dancing on my grave for while, I intend in staying around for another 30 years!
Thank you to the people who responded to my request for help in recording my journal entries, unfortunately I am a bit of a tech neandetthal(yes we didn't all die out not yet) and had to revert to writing things down using old fashioned pen and paper and edit it as I type into the journal, hence the haphazard approach and poor grammer.
Yeah a weight loss but not noticeable from my beer belly(five bellies), any suggestions on how to lose this? I would like to see my toes let alone touch them!
I am rambling please tell me to shut up.😀

Thanks Tom I need to cut down on the carbs, eat less bread and eat more protein based foods. Hopefully cutting down the beer consumption will help improve the liver function. I'll put you down on one my people to follow.

The way I look at big eating changes or lifestyle changes is - If you’ve done things a certain way most of your life and you don’t like where you are time to change. Even just one month of being as good as you possibly can be and see the results, they maybe big enough to see you through the next month and the one after that etc

Nice respectable loss. Don't worry about the bread, though. It doesn't make us fat. Too many calories in excess of what we use up makes us fat. :)

Very true old habits die hard but you are trying and that’s what counts. 😘 I myself must get back on healthy eating from tomorrow. We can do this but, is it me or does everyone find it hard to stick to good habits around this time of year? I've been off my game for 2 weeks and feel like crap. Back on it tomorrow xx

LZenn i heard that if you are trying to lose weight you should cut down on the carbs and the rest will follow toning etc.

Bubblegum from when you posted an image you certainly looked a picture of heath to me. Yes it's all the partying and overindulgence but if we can start now with little wins we can go forward to next year with bigger wins to come. Party hard girl and my Santa bring you everything you want.

Funnyonion the past we cannot change but it is all a part of what we are now😑 When I worked I was the one who generally told people what to do. The problem with touching the toes is the belly gets in the way🍺
