clairsheart's Journal, 10 November 2019

Yesterday I had a piece of wheat toast with my breakfast. I knew it would eventually kick off cravings for sugar in my head. During the day I had 12 apple slices for a snack and for dinner I had a boneless pork chop 6.25 oz with Brussel sprouts about 12 of them. At 8pm I'm watching a show and someone on there is eating ice cream. OMG I get a thought... I have small ice cream cup sundae's in my freezer. I keep them for when I treat myself. I also find the Hershey's chocolate syrup. so I open the sundae, measure out a table spoon of syrup and pour it ever so lightly over the ice cream. I'm not gonna do that again. it was too easy to mess up. I'm great ful the scale showed my same weight as yesterday. I was more active yesterday though but no excuses.

Yes, I agree, one thing kicks off cravings for another. It's a slippery slope.
