New low. ❤️❤️❤️ Making my toast with pb and coffee with Peppermint mocha creamer lest I melt away!

Thank you! I shouldn't be so excited to have the scale moving again! I know everyone thinks I'm impatient but to have the scale show 190 on 10/1 and 189.6 on 11/1 was a slap in the face. I pray it continues downward- regardless that I'm shaping up.

Keep remembering muscle weighs a lot more than fat. So the way you are working out tones those muscles.

You have worked so hard for the body you have. Of course, you would be frustrated by the scale not shifting. Your transformation is happening quite differently from somone just losing weight. Who here is working to build their body like you while also working to lose? OK some but not very many showing your drive and commitment! I am daily impressed and challenged to do better by your example.

Congratulations of the new low and the loss! And you were just worrying about, well, bodily functions a couple days ago. I love toast with peanut butter. I may do that as well. I have some sprouted grain bread my doctor suggested as another way to get protein. The bread is awful but less awful when toasted with pb.

@DP, congrats!!!! you've been working so hard and deserve it. Fritzy, there are good sprouted breads out there. If the one you have is awful, try another when it's gone.
