Assuming it’s water weight. Three sammys in 2 days one because love tuna salad and two, have been trying to increase my fiber which seems to provide some relief 🙌 Today lots of Turkey Hill diet green tea, water, hot tea and Diet Pepsi and I’m thinking gluten free chicken wings and gluten free meatballs for my long shift😊

I made myself a batch of chia pudding to address the fiber issue. It's chocolate and pretty tasty.

Water weight last week wore my ass out!! It’s part of autoimmune b.s.... it always goes if you keep your food correct... ( I’m thinking that’s what you told me last week 😉🥰😂😂)

You can lose 1 pound a week by eating 500 less calories a day... or so I’ve been told. 😉😘

They tell you to eat 500 then tell you to decrease by 500 to lose weight. They are that person that insists you eat 4 double chocolate brownies then says you’re fat. 😒 Lol
