185 even! My lowest point so far.

Yesterday was such a busy day that I didn't have time to meal plan. I didn't eat enough early on in the day and I was feeling tired and cranky by yesterday afternoon. We had a nice dinner out and didn't overeat.

I've been mindful of avoiding all dairy and I've noticed that I have no congestion problems. I didn't even realize I was having a problem until it went away.

Thank you all my wonderful buddies for your encouragements. I'm going to be away most of the next 2 weeks, so please forgive me if I'm slow to respond. I will be making entries by iPhone app, but my phone typing skills suck too bad for lengthy messages.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 August 2010:
1112 kcal Fat: 38.90g | Prot: 76.64g | Carb: 115.92g.   Breakfast: Peaches, cranberry green tea, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), flax seeds. Lunch: chicken, bacon, honey mustard dressing, lettuce salad. Dinner: vietnamese beef soup, vietnamese spring rolls. Snacks/Other: cherries, Lindt 85% dark chocolate. more...

Congrats!!! WOOHOO!!! Love the new lows. They always feel SOOOOO good. Your chart is just perfection!! A nice steady descent. I am so looking forward to seeing mine head that direction. It seems I have almost flatlined for a month. No true, just seems that way.

Excellent progress! I've found that just before you drop some weight, you do feel a little crappy. I think it's because your body is in the process of dumping the toxins stored in your fat.
