Changed up my eating plan to more protein, increased exercise, and seem to even be feeling better with less tiredness...so will give it a try for another week.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week

Well done and seems to have worked 😊👏 my calories have been on the low side for a month due to stress and feeling full due to digestive issues as well. Mix it up and do you😊
