🤦‍♀️ mostly water weight from the pizza then Chinese food and then Bk 😕 Back on diet today. Yesterday I squatted 125# 2x 😃😃 Super excited to be adding weight each week (on the barbell, not on my ass 🤪) 😄😄
167.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys 🥰 Those foods were aten over the course of 3 days lolol I will see how lifting will go with out the carbs tomorrow. I did not want to sacrifice building strength for losing weight BUT this is just too damn high!! It’s messing with my head. I can see this extra weight easily on my stomach and it’s very upsetting. I don’t know how my activity is not enough to combat so much gain but it is what is so Diet has got to come first for at least the rest of the week. I’m going to go visit my friend in Orlando over the weekend so I’ll be eating and drinking more than I should. Since those will be high cal days I’m going to drop the cals as low as I can stand til then

I’m also going to cut my carbs down to about 30 a day. I don’t want to actually go into ketosis but I need the carbs to be as low as possible to ward off cravings.
