One week from my return to work and I had made a goal for myself to lose 10 pounds which was completely ambitious of me. I’ll admit my follow-through has lacked and I am in fact up and wait. But, I’ve been going through some stuff and it’s time to get serious. I’m my own worst enemy

There’s no way this gain over 3 days is all fat. It’s fluids and possibly some “body waste”. You’ll flush it out soon after you get back to your WoE. 😉

If you don’t believe me... did you manage to eat over 24,500 kcal over your normal kcal? You’d have to eat that to gain a true 7# of fat. 😉

Peeperjj definitely has a great point !!! Staying on track is key and we all know that you are going to be successful in that !!! My bouncing numbers drove me crazy and I felt like giving up but a friend cared and that meant so much to me So here I am back to pics and journaling which keeps me mindful of what I am doing when temptation comes calling 👀 😊🙋🏻♀️💕🙏🏻
