Not bad since I ate dinner at 8 p.m.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We always eat dinner from 7-8 pm. I go to bed about 10 now and up around 6:30. Does it matter if you/anyone eat later? I find eating earlier leads to staying up later, snacking at night and being super hungry in the morning to the point that I over eat the next day.

In the long run, I don't imagine it would make a difference.
