Somehow I made it through yesterday on about 1100 calories. Today I'm hungry, so this will be rough. But the drop in weight helps tremendously. Today it's very cold, and I realize some of my winter clothes will be too tight with this belly of mine. I FINALLY have the body of an Avenger! Unfortunately, it's beer-belly Thor.... Yeah, no, don't think I'll dress like him for Halloween, LOL!
153.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
