Feeling really unmotivated this afternoon. It’s my day of. I need to get a heavy gym session in and do chores but I don’t want to do anything. Weighting in to try to “poke the bear” 😪 Originally I was suppose to workout with my friend but she had to cancel so now it’s kinda late and I’m just feeling lazy. Getting dressed now 😑
165.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I went but felt lethargic the whole time. I love to workout. I rarely ever dread it. I didn’t have a great session but I’m so glad I went anyway. It was my favorite day too ❤️Dead’s❤️ After I hit 135# I thought I’d try for 165 (my body weight) but only lifted it an inch off the ground 🙃 wasn’t feeling particularly strong but was wondering if I could grind it out. Nope 🤷‍♀️

@CrashtestDawnie - ...but, you now know how this strength thing works. You know you just need to keep doing your thing. For me, to lift heavy, I have to be 'carbed up'. Perhaps it is different for others, but without sufficient glycogen in my muscle tissue I can only lift so much...

Thanks guys 😁 I got it done! That was my 3rd light workout though. I needed to do more to make up for my calorie consumption. Oh well something is better than nothing.

Adef I think it’s the same for most. I’ve heard Keto lifters talk about how great carb cycling is for them. I’m think about cutting out all sugar and processed carbs for the next couple of days since I won’t be going to the gym. Maybe I’ll lose a lill water weight. Might lose more of my mind though 🤪

Mix up your Routines & the strength will follow. Such as, 50% MAX, 10 reps, next week 60% MAX 6 reps, next week MAX 2 reps. # of sets also vary.
