BAMM!!! I know I'm weird, but being down a 1/2 lb from last year's weigh in has a huge smile on my face! That put's me only 3 1/2 lbs up from 2017 so very exciting. Deep breath and fingers crossed.

One week to Halloween. I can do it. Dr's appointments tomorrow, so off work Yay! That means I will only be checking in on the app. Have a great weekend everyone.
