Yesterday started a bit more on plan but ended rough. I got into the Halloween candy but was able to regain control before doing too much damage. The result is that I ate at 107% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged and is out of range...
Lift day!!!
159.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Darn Halloween! We do not buy candy all at - no kids in the neighborhood!

Kids don't go door to door in my neighborhood these days. My wife loves holidays and loves to decorate the house. She buys candy and hopes for visitors. Candy has never been a huge problem for me...
