IDK how Im flatlined weight wise today - I ate like an a-hole yesterday. Either Im overestimating my cals, or I really did a good job keeping them on my plan this week (and therefore am not causing a weekly surplus). Ill take it!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
