20 Lbs in 45 days! Keto is beast. 1500-1700 kcal diet and 2-2.5 lbs week shedding off. Next 90 days target drop 20 more lbs. As deficit will close in rate will slow down. feels amazing by taking out carbs. no craving and can have 16-18hr fasting and easily drinking 100-125 oz water.

You may or may not be aware of the hazards of drinking too much water. It is called hyponutremia. You wash out all of your critical electrolytes such as sodium and potassium which can lead to SIGNIFICANT medical ramifications. Hard core athletes, construction workers etc sweat enough to need a lot of fluid and electrolyte replacement . The average person does not typically need the amount of fluid that you mentioned. You might want to read up on the subject and see if it might apply to you.

yes, couple years ago my friend started passing out, would get the shakes and muscle cramps. finally doctors figured out he was drinking way 2 much water. He lost all his electrolytes sodium etc. water consumption should be half your body weight.

I drink almost a gallon of water daily (128oz) and have been for almost 3 years. I haven't had any problems thus far. I think it depends on the person and what they are digesting on top of the liquids. They should see a doctor if they feel strange or off.
