Ate a ton- just for fun- and the scale won. 💕👍🏼💪🏼
193.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate so much (wouldn't have been nearly as bad if it was throughout the day but 90% was literally within an hour's time). Then I slept only 4 hours because I was so full. Just woke from my Sunday after church nap weighing 191.4 so not bad at all. Definitely think I needed the calories from this "break"- though I'll admit it was a bit overboard yesterday.

Back at it tomorrow- but there is no sorrow- because I can eat what I want. I'm not sad cuz I can be a little bad- even go to a restaurant. I hit the gym to make sure I win- this endless fight with the scale. Back, legs and shoulders- working each day because I refuse to fail. 🤸🏻‍♂️💪🏻💗🙄😁
