Got good sleep and that lead to a nice dehydrated waking weight of 222.2.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 102.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sleep and weight loss go hand in hand. I need to find that poison apple that puts all the fairy tale princesses out. But then I need a handsome prince to wake me. Dang.
