Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.3% and is less than 1% out of range...
158.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
