JC - sort of. In a nutshell, I'm more balanced with nutrition and I raised my RDI from 1350 to 1500. For the past couple weeks, I've had a huge influx of energy and I owe that to being consistent with resistance/weight lifting. I also spend 120-150 min a week doing step aerobics, focusing on staying within my target heart range. My hips and waist are really slimming down now. Oh and I practice abdominal breathing.
