Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Yesterday I did not feel like getting on the scale, so I didn’t. I did keep track of what I ate, that is something that I seem to always be able to do, even though it takes a lot of work.

Sometimes you just don’t feel like sticking to your normal diet. I was even willing to eat solid food, but, I could not decide on something I really wanted to eat. It was easier doing nothing, just sticking to the diet. However, I did not try to control my protein and let it get way over 100 grams. This will slow weight loss in me.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

Hey Adef- This isn't personally about you but it occurred to me while looking at your weight chart. I wonder what our weight entries would sound like if they were entered on a musical staff? Maybe multiple days between weigh-ins as longer notes? Or rests? Sorry; thinking out loud. I forgot about you keeping your protein down until today's post. Did you notice any change in how you felt? Hope you have a great day, too!

Hey hey hey, how are you doing? That's how I felt while traveling. I was hungry but I couldn't decide what to eat and my choices were limited . I really wanted pork crackling things, but they don't got that stuff here up north 😃 it's a southern thang. 😂 I hope you are doing well check with you later.

@CrashtestDawnie, @nikeit - Yeah this is just a 'I don't feel like it' mood that will pass... :)

@gz9gjg - Because I skipped a day of weighing, I have only lost 1 pound a day. When I have high protein I have slow or no weight loss. When I keep it below 100 grams I can lose 2-3 pounds a day. It is not the calories because my 110 calorie protein drink has 24 grams of protein, so the difference between 48 grams of protein (2-3 pounds loss) and 96 grams of protein (0-1 pounds loss) is only 220 calories.

@TomLong - Haha yeah the up and down is because I am eating hamburgers and fries every week (otherwise I would not have been able to 'mentally' stick to the dist and would have gained all the weight back by now).

@liv001 - Oh yeah I didn't gain :) But, I would normally have dropped 2-4 pounds a day by now. I would be looking at a 4-5 pound loss not just 2.
