Melatonin 10 mg and .25mg anxiety meds, or benedryl 🙌🙌 my go to when I have trouble sleeping.

Jc, I've tried melatonin to no effect, and benadryl makes me antsy. Lately I find green tea helps, but I never sleep more than 3 or 4 hours without waking.

My sleep is like that too. 3 hours and I think that's great. Stay up for hour or so then if I can get another couple of hours I'm happy.
