Tuesday - migraine trying to develop, will have coffee and a snack to keep it down. Meds usually work - in half an hour I will either be all right or going home before I crash.

Happy Tuesday - Weight is fluctuating up a tad but I will be diligent this week.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Migraines are awful. I get an aura that warns me when one is starting.

Not nice--used to have chronic ones. I now take magnesium faithfully and they are extremely rare.
