Water Weight

First day of the new plan went well. I struggled a little with my new macros goal. I was a little low on the protein. I already planned out todays food and if I stick to it, then its right on. OF COURSE WERE GETTING BREAKFAST PIZZA TODAY - which I will not be eating. I might grab a mini reeses later though, it helps keep me feeling like Im not depriving myself (even though I have PLENTY to eat and its all good, normal stuff).
253.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
