Hoping to be under 260 for the trip home this weekend. Fingers crossed I can drop another 3 lbs by Saturday. I know it's just a number, but everything we think matters, and sometimes it's all about the #'s.

While I may not be able to accurately track my calories during our trip, I'm pretty damn sure I don't have to worry about packing them on. We're scheduled to arrive in DCA at 8:30 pm. Although my sister has found a number of vegan options that are open late on a Saturday night, the question is how will I be doing after being confined on a plane for 6 hours?

Sunday we've got to hit the road early since we're looking to do Brunch with Friends and Family in Fredrick at 11 am. Not sure what is on the agenda then as we haven't heard back from our one family friend that lives there. Whatever it is, I assure you it will involve lots of walking.

Well back to work... have a great Thursday everyone.

Be sure to get up and walk the aisle a couple times at least, Jeannie. Some people wear compression socks on a long plane ride.
