Ok, the weigh in is off timing, but I am pretty happy about it so there!

My friend KL wants to move in here, so I am going to fix up the place so she can take one of the big bedrooms (there are 4 or 5, depeneding on how you count them!) and we will live here as roommmates, not having to break up into apartments. And she wants to wait til October, which is perfect.

My plan is to see how far I get without spending $200 a week on a personal trainer - I know how to eat right, and how to exercise already! I might join a different club though, because there is one down the street with a pool and tennis courts.

My friend has been working from home so we are trying to go for walks. I am doing well with water too. So, maybe I cam back on track?

How awesome you will have some company. That is great. 200 per week is alot when you know how to do what you need to do. I still think you should invest in some good dvd's that won't cost nearly as much and give you the same results. I think you are right on track and how wonderful for you Abba!!

A southern MANSION!!! Abba, how long were you going to keep it a secret?? ;) Can I move in too?? Wonderful news about rooming with your friend. Gosh if you rented out some of your rooms, you would have enough fun money for a whole team of personal trainers. ;) Go for the really cute ones though, about your age and unattached. Then make sure you share some pics!! New year, new you. Glad to hear your good news. Cheers.

lol, FF! Most of the rooms are 12x12 - 10 tiny rooms! and Cathy - DVD's might be a good idea at this point for sure. Maybe I should use a bedroom for an exercise room - do you think my daughter would mind if I took hers???

Abba - good idea, a room-mate; extra $, extra company and an adult around to chat with. I think your daughter would like knowing her Mom is using her room to stay fit. I agree with Cathy on the DVD's. $200 a week is a lot of money that could be better spent elsewhere or saved for that rainy day. Looked at your weight history, and you are doing wonderful. Fire up the DVD and go!!!

Wonderful news!! I hope the room mate situation works out well. It can be an interesting experience, living with a friend. Congrats on the decline on the scale and wow ... $200 a week for a personal trainer??? I hope it is worth every penny!!

wow great weigh in abba! that is wonderful. the room mate thing, that is also great news to hear. it will make things better financially for both of you and maybe provide some companionship as well. have a great night and keep up the good work:)
