Went to the gym yesterday and ate light. I have to take mom to the dentist and the store today, and she wants to eat lunch at the Chinese restaurant. I'll have to be careful.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
