Yeah, couple changes... I started pea protein right on the spot when this started and I've eaten salty candy. I'm hoping it's liquid built-up but it's getting quite high and i don't feel bloated. Stopped the peaprotein for now. Should see a change today or tomorrow if that was contributing... Really should stop that candy too but it be super yummy. Yesterday upped my calorie limit. Wanted to wait until i hit 200 so i can take a skinny picture quickly and then get to bulk up but i started getting sore just walking... Which is why i went and got me some more celery and bananas as my potassium has been a bit low lately... I don't know anymore... I hope there was answer to your question somewhere there.... 🤭

Totally an answer in there 😊😊 it’s good to adjust things to see what is working and what is not. Salty yummy candy will get ya 😂 sweet and salty is life. I’m telling you the sugar free lifesavers are..... life😊 plus it will make you 💩😂😂 per you . I think it was a good idea to up your RDI it seemed a little low. Mmmmmm celery 😋
