diet calendar came in at 25k, so i should have lost 7(?) last month instead of 9, but the month started with a whoosh... none the less, shoulda been below 200 by now but losing self-control. so September, you be my friend... still above green bar...
205.2 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
