I'm finding it easy while I'm on shift for seven, its at home that I'm battling with. Bit 1kg in two weeks is 1kg non the less!!!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 January 2013:
938 kcal Fat: 21.17g | Prot: 71.15g | Carb: 117.61g.   Breakfast: Instant Coffee (made from Powdered). Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Fettuccine Alfredo. Dinner: Delhi Breyani, Steamed or Poached Haddock. Snacks/Other: Stick, Coffee with Milk, Grapes, Peaches. more...
