oh and the app is so messed up that my bar is stuck on solid red in the feed. and supposedly nobody else has this issue claims fatsecret support

Odd. When I click on your profile it's a yellow line. Did you reset your goal at some time?

btw, i almost changed my diet from yoho's custom to carnivore or something and it said my progress would be reset. how silly is that? needless to say, i canceled that one

Oh, and it is a laxative when eaten in high amount i believe... First it raises your heart rate and little later your bowl rate.
