So I gained a little and although I was hoping to be 193 this week I will take it considering how much I ate out of my plan this week. Here's to a new week and the goal of 193 for next week.
194.9 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
