I guess the running is finally catching up! The fact that my period ended a few days ago probably helped. :-)

Still need improvement with logging food, but I got my 3 days of running in last week, got 1 down already for this week. I walk the dogs when I'm able, so I'll count that as a win.

153.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The more you work out the less days you should have a period. Like mine is norm 5-6 days. It’s now 3-4 days. It’s awesome.

Ha, I don't think my periods will be one of those. Even when I was running 100+ miles a month it made no difference. I'm glad it's helping you!
