Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.3% and is out of range...
159.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Right now, it's my goal to get below 20 percent. It stayed lower but then I started trying to add bulk. Now, I'm trying to hold on to as much weight as I can while reducing body fat...

Keep lifting & match the protein grams (150g) to your current weight & the body fat will go lower and naturally increase muscle mass!!
