Sooooo... if fat (loss) is, primarily, excreted through breathing, I've got my wheels a-spinnin' this morning.

(1) Some of you guys have blown 50 or even a hundred pounds of fat through your lips?!

(2) Does that explain the yucky film inside our mouths in the morning?

(3) Would consistent, heavy, forced breathing induce fat loss?

........just random musings that I'd normally just google.

Jcmama777- while inside and under pressure, it will have greater density, so less buoyant and reduced effect. Doubt if I could remember to hold it in before coffee, anyway, or while reducing my fluid contents.
